Anthony Puharich from Vic’s Meat’s comes to Growers’ Market in July

From the hugely successful Vic’s Meats, supplier of quality produce to restaurants around Sydney and Melbourne, Anthony is the perfect addition to the July Winter Market. 

Cooking a delicious braised beef cheek casserole on stage at 8.30am and 10.00am, Anthony will give you the perfect tips and tricks to create restaurant quality meals at home, using the best cuts of meat. To top it all off, Myffy Rigby will join in on the cooking this month.

Anthony is the face behind the Ask the Butcher app. This July come down and ask Anthony your questions about meat face to face.
