Brescian-born chef Alessandro Pavoni from Northern Italian gem Ormeggio at the Spit will be cooking live on the Market Chef stage at 8.30am and again at 9.30am.
Learn how to cook a delicious risotto with parmesan, wild mushrooms and red wine, as well as shop the ingredients available on the day from over 60 stall holders.
Market open from 7am. $10 parking available at The Star with a stamp from the SMH stall.
